Here's some of the most common questions that we get asked on sales calls.

Where are you located?

We have team members who shoot content in all major cities across the U.S. and Canada. Most of our clients have their products shot with us in Toronto and New York City.

Is $6,000 your lowest price?

If you provide the ideas, creative direction, and book the locations, models, talent, etc., then yes, we can offer a lower price.

Typically for a half-day shoot with a photographer / videographer, you're looking at $1,700 to $2,700, including some edits/deliverables.

This being said, we do not offer any discounts on our packages.

Who creates the ideas?

When you sign up for one of our monthly packages, our team completely handles the ideation and strategy for the shoot. This includes booking models, locations, or any other human resources or resources required to do the shoot.

How do you stay on brand?

We do an in-depth onboarding call asking you questions like:

  • How did you start the company?

  • What is your product and service range?

  • What voice and tone do you want us to use

  • We request all of your brand assets and guidelines, and we get a full understanding of all of your offers, bundles, etc.

How long does it take to get the content?

On average, it takes about three to four weeks from the day you sign up to the day that you get the content delivered. It takes about one week to create the content plan, another week to prep and book the team, then we shoot in week 3 and the edits are completed by week 4. If you need revisions, this can increase the time. We typically take two to three business days to complete revisions.

Do you guys post on our social media?

Yes, our team is capable of posting on your social media. However, it's not part of our standard packages that you see above. When you schedule a call, we can discuss exactly what you are looking for and quote you accordingly.
