Here are the most common questions we get asked on calls:

Where are you located?

We're a hybrid agency with photographers and videographers in all major cities in the U.S. and Canada. Our full-time team (editors, project managers, graphic designers) works remotely.

We started in Toronto and expanded across North America after clients like L'Oréal needed consistent production across multiple markets.

Is $6,000 your lowest package?

No. We have two lower-priced options:

Bi-Monthly Package: $3,000/month

One shoot every two months instead of monthly. Same full-service production (strategy, planning, models, studio, editing, graphics, Meta Ads support), just less frequent. Best for brands that don't need content as often.

Execution-Only Shoots: $1,700–$2,700

If you already have the concept, location, and talent booked, we'll send our photographer/videographer to execute and deliver basic edits. Perfect for businesses that want the consistency of working with our agency but prefer to handle creative direction themselves.

Can I book your monthly package one time?

Yes, for $10,000.

Our monthly package is $6,000/month when you commit long-term because we can dedicate team resources to your account at that rate. One-time projects don't have that same efficiency, so the price is higher.

Most clients who try the one-time end up moving to monthly or quarterly to get the lower per-shoot cost and dedicated support.

Who creates the ideas?

Our team completely handles the ideation and strategy for the shoot unless you prefer to give direction and input. This includes booking models, locations, or any other resources required to do the shoot.

How do you stay on brand?

We do an in-depth onboarding call asking you questions like:

  • How did you start the company?

  • What is your product and service range?

  • What voice and tone do you want us to use

  • We request all of your brand assets and guidelines, and we get a full understanding of all of your offers, bundles, etc.

How long does it take to get the content?

On average, it takes about four to five weeks from the day you sign-up to the day that you get the content delivered.

It takes about one week to create the content plan, in week 2 and 3 we schedule the team, models and location, and in week 4 and 5 the edits are delivered.

If you need revisions, this can increase the time.

For our clients on retainer, this speeds up in months 2 and 3 because it takes less time for ideation and booking the resources.

Do you guys post on our social media?

Yes, but it's not part of our standard packages.

Our standard packages only include the content and the Meta ads management.

If you're looking for social media management, just bring it up on the call, and we can quote you on the cost based on your needs.

Do you have a lower price if we don't need ad management?

Our ads management is automatically included in our monthly/quarterly packages. Removing it doesn't reduce the cost since our team only spends a couple hours per month managing the ads.
