Fulfilment Policy

Benjamin’s Agency Inc. provides marketing and content creation services, including photography, videography, social media management, ad strategy, and related creative deliverables. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

Service Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines vary by project scope and will be clearly outlined in each client’s service agreement. In general, most projects are delivered within 5 business days of the shoot date or asset handover unless otherwise agreed.

Revisions

Revisions are provided when specified in your service agreement. The number of included revision rounds, if any, will be outlined in writing prior to project commencement. Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.

Refund Policy

All deposits and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the signed service agreement. If Benjamin’s Agency Inc. cancels a project for any reason, a refund or credit may be offered at our discretion.

Cancellations

Due to the nature of our work and the resources allocated in advance, we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds once payment has been made.

Return Policy

We do not sell physical products and therefore do not have a return policy.

Export Restrictions

We do not ship products or operate in restricted industries. No export restrictions apply.

Payment and Security Information

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Our website is SSL-encrypted and PCI-compliant to ensure your personal and payment information is protected. Stripe handles all card information in accordance with current industry security standards.
