This page explains what you get, how you get it, and when, for everything you can buy from us online. All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless your invoice says otherwise.

The Content & Ads System ($7, one-time)

• What it is - a recorded video showing the content and ads system we use for our clients
• When you get it - right away. It plays on the page you land on after checkout
• Keeping it - create your free account at app.benjaminsagency.com with the email you paid with, and rewatch it anytime. We also email you a link to create your account
• What you need - a web browser. No special software

Templates & Examples ($20, one-time add-on)

• What it is - 12 step-by-step SOPs, 50+ copy-paste templates and an AI Prompt Pack for planning and running your shoots and ads
• When you get it - right away, in your account at app.benjaminsagency.com. Open each one in Notion or download it, or download them all at once
• What you need - a web browser. A free Notion account is optional

Benjamin’s Agency - Inner Circle (monthly membership)

• Price - $20/month when added to the Content & Ads System at checkout, or $200/month on its own
• Billing - you’re charged when you join, then every month on the same date until you cancel. It renews automatically
• When you get it - right away. Tap “Join The Inner Circle” on the thank-you page or in your email, sign in with the email you paid with, and we add you to our private Discord
• What you need - a free Discord account
• Cancelling - cancel anytime. Sign in at app.benjaminsagency.com/community and tap Manage Subscription. You keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again. You can also update your card and download receipts there
• Revenue tiers - members at $30K, $100K or $1M a month can join their revenue tier after a quick revenue check

1:1 Consultation Call ($200, one-time)

• Booking - pick a time on the booking calendar right after you pay. It’s on the next page and in your email. Times are usually open the next day. If you haven’t booked after 24 hours, we’ll email you a reminder
• What you get - a live audit of your content, ads, Shopify funnel and key numbers; a 48-hour action plan and the call recording; Templates & Examples; and one free month in your revenue tier after a quick revenue check (claim within 60 days)
• The call - a 45-minute Google Meet video call with Kyle. The link is in your booking confirmation email
• Rescheduling - reschedule up to 24 hours before your call, using the link in your booking email
• Missed calls - a missed call counts as used and can’t be rescheduled. The only exception is a real emergency, like an illness or a family emergency. Email support@benjaminsagency.com and we’ll work with you
• After the call - within 48 hours we email you your action plan and the call recording
• Refunds - consultation calls are non-refundable

Agency Services (Retainers and Custom Quotes)

• How they’re delivered - as set out in your proposal, quote, invoice or signed Service Agreement, which controls if anything here conflicts
• Your files - shared through a secure download link and kept available for 30 days (see our Terms of Service, section 11)

Refunds

• The Content & Ads System, Templates & Examples and Inner Circle - one-click refund within 30 days of purchase. Go to benjaminsagency.com/refunds, pick the product, then tap the link we email you. Your money is sent back right away. It can take 5 to 10 days to show on your card
• Consultation Call - non-refundable
• After a refund - access to that product ends. A refunded Inner Circle membership is cancelled straight away

If Something Goes Wrong

If you didn’t get access, or something doesn’t work, email support@benjaminsagency.com with the email you paid with and we’ll fix it.

Charges on Your Statement

Your card statement will show BENJAMINSAGENCY.COM.
